Yes, you must have a deadline date in order for your contest to be featured. No exceptions.

We will no longer be featuring any contests with undecided deadlines, as it has proven to be quite problematic so far.(mostly because people forget to note us with their updates, and its a huge pain in the ass to have to go to their page and search for the updated information)
After the deadline is passed, your contest will be removed from the list to make room for all the others-therefore, we must be noted with any extensions that you give so that we can continue to feature you until the contest is officially over.
We are not responsible for the removal of your contest if you have failed to notify us of any extensions.
Do not leave a comment in our comment box with links to your contest information.
Why?
Because it defeats the purpose of this contest page.
All you have to do to be featured is note us with your contest information.
Please follow the rules like we ask, or we will not be featuring your contest.
All comments with links will be hidden.
If we featured you then it is required for you to return the favor and feature our icon in your journals!
Advertising our icon in your journals would be a great help in making us, and everyone we feature a success.
If you fail to feature our icon, you will be sent a note as a reminder.
If you still fail to comply after being reminded, then we will remove your contest from the featured list.
